Hello,
I had this very same problem because I use the free version of Spotify.
This is how I overcome the problem. First I turn on the “Bluetooth” on the PC. Then I use the remote control of S10 to turn on the “Bluetooth” on the S10.

Then, on the PC, I go to Settings> Bluetooth & other devices> Add Bluetooth or other device> and I add and pair the S10, which is rendered as Headphones.

Then I click on “Connect”.

Now S10 is connected and when I want to hear any audio from any application on the PC, I just select S10 as the playback option, and the sound is transmitted to S10.

VOILA!
