My S50 is extremely hard to get to connect to my router after it randomly loses connection. I have an iPhone 14 running iOS 17.5.1, up to date. I have a Nighthawk R7000p WiFi router. My WiFi is working. I have repeatedly tried to get the S59
To connect , I have unplugged, I have restored factory settings, but when I go through the setup process with the app I get to the stage of “waiting for connection…” to wifi and it just never connects. Please help.
@Joshua_Pearson since you did not provide any specific information about the wifi settings, the occupancy of the wifi band channels, the distance between the arylic device and the router, the version number of the 4stream app, and possible errors during operation, disconnection, instability, etc., therefore, based on this it is impossible to discover your problem.
Well it would be nice if someone from Arylic (are you from Arylic?) had already asked what all these settings are. This is a lot of tech info for a casual user to provide. I don’t know how to find out what band my wifi is operating on. Arylic offered literally no troubleshooting instructions and the app has none. Luckily I was able to finally reboot my router after my wife got off a Zoom call, that fixed the problem. Perhaps Arylic should provide these troubleshooting questions on the website, so users like me don’t get a snarky answer like yours.

@Joshua_Pearson I’m sorry if you were sensitively affected by my reaction, but understand that as the question is, so is the answer. No, I’m not from Arylic, so I don’t get paid to try to find a solution to the errors experienced by clueless users based on their stupid questions. It’s usually general advice: if you don’t understand it, don’t want to fix it, ask for professional help! Iif you still want to repair it, get the right information, define the fault and the circumstances exactly, and accept the advice of the experts!
There is a quick tool for your next troubleshooting:
WiFi Analyzer app (Android) to detect the saturation of the wireless band, to find free channels: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vrem.wifianalyzer
Next time you experience a similar problem, check whether you have connection problems with your other Wi-Fi device, whether there is a possible disturbing factor (e.g. a working microwave oven) near the Wi-Fi router or the arylic device, whether the router’s .utat has other stability problems, etc…
