Post update, now my Device - s50pro+ is not connecting to internet at all. I tried both LAN and WLAN connections.
It starts but doesnot connects at all.
Please advise what should i do?

It works in Bluetooth and Aux mode but it doenst looks for Internet at all.
Earlier on start a message used to appear “Connecting to Internet”.

Now this doesn’t come at all.

This has happened post Beta Firmware update on the S50 Pro +

Also, Device doesnt switches on ( from Standby Mode) from Remote Power button

Please advise at the earliest.

I can not use this device any more.

The new way of selecting which speakers to use for multiroom is a big improvement! With the chips running as a master, I saw there is an update to 4.2.9227 for my A28 based system. Will there be an update for the A31 as well?

Hi, I recently got my A50+ and I would like to participate in testflight on iPhone 12 Pro, iOS ver 14.XX testing beta.

Frank, found a bug in ithis firmware.

When playing MP3 files from USB stick plugged in the device, pause seems to also mute the device, and resume doesn’t unmute it.

Paused with: setPlayerCmd:pause - works
Resumed with: setPlayerCmd:resume - resumes, but need to adjust volume.

Paused with MCU+PLY+PUS - pausing, result is AXX+PLY+000.
Resuming with MCU+PLY+PUS - resumes playback the result is AXX+PLY+001, but need to adjust volume to actually get the sound.

Same with MCU+PAS+RAKOIT:POP&.

Note that getPlayerStatus does NOT return "vol":"0" or "mute":"1" so the user thinks that the player doesn’t resume.

This is with firmware 4.6.9724.26 on Up2Stream_AMP3.

Firmware 4.6.9724.5 on S50 doesn’t have this!

The UPnP/DLNA are working whit the foorbar2000, but the MusicBee can se the UPnP but it can’t play on it. I have tried to fabric reset the box. It did’t help. :frowning:

I’m tempted to try this as I might remove my mini V3s from speaker cabinets and build into amp with source selection…

how to return to the official firmware ??? I have 4 devices A50, AMP-2.1, Up2stream Pro V3. I wanted to buy a few more A50 +. But for a long time I can return it to the beta firmware on the official one ??? How can I get back to the official firmware ??? I now have a beta firmware that is not updated. How can I get from the beta firmware to the official one? how to install 4.6.328252 if devices already have 4.6.9724.26 ??? Until I return my devices to official firmware, I will not buy your new devices. Please help with this question !!!

I am independent not with Arylic. Sure they will find the best solution soon e.g. download link for downgrade or new firmware.

Hi, normally, the device will receive the updates when new firmware released, even it is manually upgraded with the beta one. The new S50 and A50+ did not update because of server side problem, and have been fixed. If your device still did not receive the update, please collect the information with http://DEVICE_IP/httpapi.asp?command=getStatusEx, and send me the result frank@arylic.com.

Posting this incase it helps someone else.

Solved - Up2Stream Mini V2 not upgrading to latest released firmware.

My Mini V2s were stuck on the beta firmware and wouldn’t update to the released version. I tied the suggestions here but could not get them to update.

Turns out the DNS servers I use were blocking the update. I use OpenDNS for home internet connection, switched back to the ISP DNS addresses and my Mini V2s upgraded straight away.

Also while the Mini V2s were using the beta firmware and android device was on the released app I could not stream music from Spotify or internet radio, after the firmware update all is working again.

Sorry for late answer, but it have still same problem, but I think that I understand where is problem.
I have wi-fi repeater, some of devices are connected to main wi-fi router, some to repeater. Could it be the problem???

Thanks, have now updated both devices to have DNS set, so they don’t use OpenDNS :slight_smile: .

Hi, I have been trying to connect my Alexa to Arylic up2stream and from your instruction there is an Arylic listing in Alexa but i cant see this. :frowning: and i have been trying to connect Alexa to Up2Stream via bluetooth to no avail. Can you suggest how you got round this issue.
