Hello everyone, we are going to release a new version of B50, the following are the changes and fixes of B50.

This time, we will release the new firmware of B50:
0064-43eaa832

  1. Fixed the issue where the application couldn’t connect to the device.

  2. Resolved the problem of initially low volume that suddenly increased when turned to maximum.

  3. Fixed the issue where the application’s equalizer couldn’t save changes.

  4. Fixed the problem where the application’s dual output switch was ineffective.

  5. Fixed the “clicking” sound when the device was turned on or off.

6.Fixed the issue where the App USB playlist was not displayed.

  1. Fixed the problem where the upgrade list interface turned gray on the App.

Hi. I installed this and initially the B50 was working ok, except that it was making a very loud bang through the subwoofer every time I turned it on (this wasn’t happening before). Another issue is that my settings (crossover, EQ, etc.) were lost. After a couple of days, it started getting stuck in DAC mode whenever I tried to use it with my TV (ARC), so it became useless.

I just reverted to version 52 and things seem back to normal (excep my config was lost again). I seem to remember that I was on version 57 before, but the upgrade tool is only showing 52 now.

Just completed this “upgrade”. I was previously having a problem with the usb music file functions. Now my B50SE will not even read the USB and I cannot pair my phone to the device.
What now?

Maybe I can get a replacement unit?

So, it appears you will not respond with any kind of solution for my recently purchased B50SE, now, likely “bricked” thanks to your defective latest firmware.

Well done! I definitely will go out of my way to make it known that no one should by your products.
