Updated my B50 from v52 to v57, no issues 
Is a v57 version for the BP50 going to be released or is the v57 version thatās listed for the BP50 as well or only v56? thanks
@Gozer Itās only v57 to fix the boot loop issue for the B50. Looks like 56 is working a-ok for the BP50.

Hello. I bought BP50. Iāll say right away that this is a unique device! Iāve been wanting a device like this for a long time! However, Iām disappointed! The most important function for me is a USB player with control on a smartphone! A 128GB flash drive allows you to record about 2000 songs in CD quality (16bit 44.1kHz). But with so much music, my player simply froze! I deleted some of the music and the player started working. But the list of tracks in the application is very slow! And most importantly, the player cannot work with folders and playlists! This is a failure! It is almost impossible to use the device as a USB player with a large collection of music! I really hope that this problem will be solved in future firmware!..
Hello! Just updated my BP50 firmware to v.56ā¦Now it canāt make a listing from USB Flash drive at all!! Earlier it just freezes when it there were more than 1200 files but now -nothing. Testing with 8GB, 16 GB and 32GB Flash drives. In Go Control application when choosing USB submenu not shown file listing from drive. Please correct this!

I have B50 with v52 firmware. v57 is not appearing in the app - is normal?
I have just received my B50 today from Amazon. My deviceās current firmware version is 50. I attempted to perform a firmware update multiple times using firmware versions 52 and 57. I formatted two different USB sticks to use FAT. I attempted the following steps using all possible combinations of USB and firmware files. The device detects the file on the USB stick, prompting me to confirm an update within the phone app. The prompt shows the correct version of the firmware that I copied to the USB. I press the Confirm button and all of the lights flash for a split second, the device then quickly switches to Standby, and finally back to USB. I waited a few minutes for the Bluetooth light to flash, but it never does. The firmware version remains the same within the phone app. Any suggestions on what I should do?
Iām afraid itās still the USB partition issue. FAT16 format is a bit challenge for modern USB pen drivers.
I am trying to update firmware.
I have a FAT32 formatted flash drive with dine in the root. The BP50 recognize the file and ask to update to v 56, as I am currently on v. 55. I confirm.
All the icons light up briefly, and the unit turns off and comes back on again.
But no upgrade has been done.
Please advise.
I want to fix that that the BP50 turns off sound after some hours of use. Mine does at the moment. And I have to cycle source and other things to get sound back on ARC where it is connected to the TV.

I donāt believe that this is the issue. I ensured that the USB drives were formatted as FAT16. The amplifier is able to read the file. I know this because the app prompts the same firmware version as the file I copied to the USB. This seems to be an issue with the either firmware update file or the firmware that is currently installed on the amplifier.
Hello! After updating BP50 the latest firmware to version 0056 instead of 0055, problems arose with exiting stenby mode, the device is activated only when a flash drive is inserted into the USB port, this is very inconvenient. I wanted to go back to version 0055, maybe someone has a link to it? Or perhaps there is hope for fixing this bug in the next update?
There is a new firmware avilable: 0057, which might solve the problemā¦
If Your BP50 is in a boot-loop you have to read the thread to get out of it.
@joia @Joy @zpl1025 I report that I updated to firmware 0057 my Arylic B50, everything was fine for a few hours.
Later I was checking if CEC-ARC worked on my TV TCL 43C635 and it blocked blinking red light (STBY) and purple light (ARC).
Connecting the HDMI cable to the PC was the solution to download it to firmware 0052 using a FAT16 pendrive.

I have only seen the following firmware versions: B50 - 0057-5be7aedf and BP50 - 0056-0bf6cc3e . Where did you see 057 for BP50?
Thanks to the support team! They sent me the 0055 version for the BP50 and I was able to return to it.

Hello, friends. I use the BP50 model with firmware 0052, at first the device turned off after a short period of inactivity after one or two hours, then the time was reduced to several minutes. Restart only when reset by the button on the back, or the switch on the front panel, and the sound did not return when switching from the control panel. Then the linear input mode stopped shining brightly and eventually went out completely, but then it started to glow again, but very dimly, during the day it was barely noticeable, although other symbols shine brightly. When using DAC mode, the device turns off the sound after a few minutes. When connecting ARC and Bluetooth modes, the situation does not change. When I set the volume to maximum, the line-in mode does not turn off and continues to work for a long time, while I have to set the volume control of my main power amplifier to the minimum position because the signal level is too high. If you set the volume below medium, the sound will turn off after a few minutes. Today I turned on the audio system and heard a very loud bang coming from the speakers. The popping noise continues when switching inputs. Each switch is accompanied by a loud bang. When using my power amplifier with other sound sources (I use a separate DAC, the device does not work correctly), the sound is clear and of high quality. The BP50 preamp is slowly dying and it could have ruined my very expensive equipment today. Please tell me the solution to the problem. I have created many promotional reviews of your company on my YouTube channel and I am becoming more and more frustrated with this device.
Not sure if this was expected behavior or not, but after upgrading the firmware I lost the DSP modifications I made. Upgrade seemed to go okay though!
