Hi,
I was making some adjustments in ACPWorkbench when i was noticing that when i want to load the .ini file to the plate am it is running fine.
But after a restart or plug out, its losing the preset.
So it goes back to factory preset.
How is this possible and how to fix this?

Got the problem solved…
At least for me! I do not know how this will work for other people with this problem…
I was finding out that i have 2 versions of ACPWorkbench on my Laptop.
The 2.33.0 version and the 2.21.14 version.
Just because i was curious i checked if the older version worked.
And it worked flawless.
I can now turn of my Arylic 2.1 Plate Amp or deconnect it from power, turn it on again and the Amp plays how i created it.
So not going back to Factory settings.

I am using this post now since i can’t post anywhere:
I already contacted the support that is ghosting me since.
I bought the ACP worbench however it is not working with the A100 ober any of the USB Ports.
It works with the B50 that i replaced with the A100.
Is there any fix, Firmware Update or anything to solve this ?
Does it even work over USB ? ACP as well as the Update Tool does not detect the A100
