Ça fait un moment que je n’étais plus venu sur le forum, mais me revoici avec une petite construction basée sur amp stéréo d’arylic. Le but ici étant de l’associer avec une paire de haut parleur RK 30 afin de sonoriser un petit bar.
Je reste dans l’upcycling avec de la récup de bois et de la découpe laser. J’ai ajouté une lasure sur le bois afin d’avoir un rendu proche du bois utilisé pour le bar.
La boite est pile poil de la bonne dimension ce qui fait que j’ai d’abord installé la carte avant de coller les bords de la boite et j’ai coincé le tout avec des élastiques le temps que cela sèche.
L’avantage c’est que je n’ai pas du fixer autrement la carte et lorsqu’on plug ou déplug l’une ou l’autre connectique, tout reste bien en place.
Si vous voulez un peu plus de marge de manoeuvre, je vous conseille de rajouter un ou deux millimètres sur la largeur mais alors de fixer la carte au fond de la boite.
J’ai fait un petit trou pour que le récepteur infrarouge puisse capter la télécommande, des trous de ventilations et quelques lignes en plus afin de voir la couleur de la led qui indique la source sélectionnée.
Pour une utilisation plus pratique dans ce lieux j’ai également ajouté un bouton de volume.
Je suis toujours ravi du son obtenu par ce petit appareil et l’esthétique de la boite à tout de suite plus tant par sa taille que par son look.

Hello everybody ! It’s been a while since I’ve been on the forum, but here I am again with a little construction based on Arylic’s stereo amp. The goal here is to combine it with a pair of RK 30 speakers in order to add sound to a little bar.
I stay in upcycling with recycled wood and laser cutting. I added a stain to the wood in order to have a finish close to the wood used for the bar.
The box is exactly the right size which means that I first installed the card before gluing the edges of the box and I held everything together with rubber bands while it dried.
The advantage is that I didn’t have to fix the card in any other way and when you plug or unplug one or the other connector, everything stays in place.
If you want a little more room to maneuver, I advise you to add one or two millimeters to the width but then attach the card to the bottom of the box.
I made a small hole so that the infrared receiver can pick up the remote control, ventilation holes and a few more lines in order to see the color of the LED which indicates the selected source.
For more practical use in this place I have also added a volume button. I am always delighted with the sound obtained by this little device and the aesthetics of the box immediately more so both in terms of its size and its look.
