Up2Stream Pro Webpage error

when I enter der Webpage of my Up2Stream there is only der “moving circle” saying “loading” - but nothing happens.

I use the latest firmware (beta) - some more infos:

Any idea, any hint?

In my experience I need to do factory reset for it to work. Normally 1 time for the web page to work and sometimes 1 more time for the EQ settings.

After that it just works. Don’t know why the factory reset is needed
