Hi, will the Mini V4 ever get native support for Tidal (connect), or is the hardware to weak? I don’t like the solution with the 4Stream app.
You can use AirPlay to stream music from Tidal on your mobile device to your Mini V4 device. Just open the Tidal music app and enable AirPlay feature on your device, then play music and it will stream to your Mini V4 online.
Or, you can play Tidal music on any device you want via the help of tools like AudFree Tidal Music Converter, etc. I’ve used such a tool to help listen to Tidal music offline anywhere.
You can also use the TlBO app, better source options
Hi, new topic with STREAM MlNl, for which l really appreciate help:
l’m getting hum (~ 50hz) when connected to an amp
- independently if steam connected or not to 5v psu
- either through 4 pin conn. or minijack (same result)
- stream output ground connected to amp input ground
- if l attenuate input level to amp, naturally both hum and signal level both decrease (then cannot get full power from amp)
- no hum when amp inputs left floating, even with unshielded wire
- amp schematic available, if needed
Any suggestions? Thanks
It sounds like a ground loop where multiple ground paths exist, try disconnecting some of the ground wires, maybe start with output grounds and see if it corrects the issue.
Hi Steve and thanks for the support. Problem solved and you’re right, ground loop . l had’t seen that the amp had 2 separate ground planes.

I seem to have the same issue, however, I am using them standalone, just hooked to powered speakers via 3.5mm jack, it also pops and hisses and the V4 has no lising in the downloads section, just the v3, I have removed the wifi antenna and cleaned a couple up and seems to rid the noise, though I do have a sealed S10 that has the issue as well, just assumed one assembled by Arylic would not have the hot glue issue… unsure as to all the grounds your speaking about so if you can direct me to where these are so I can see if this will fix my issue, thanks if you even read this.
