up2stream HD DAC turns itself on

Hi there,
i recently got my hands on the up2stream HD DAC with the display addon. How ever when i turn the device off via the S10 remote control. i turns itself on after several minutes. The display lights up and the ethernet show activity. How is that possible

Hi , I just bought a new board up2stream HD DAC in august 26 and I experiment the same issue that never happens with any other DY boards.
Anyone get an answer ?
