Up2stream Amp V4 board

Applying power for the first time today. LRS-350-24 power supply and I have 23.8 VDC at the pin solder on the board itself. I do not get an LED indication of any kind on the board. I’ve tried various combinations pressing the reset button (long press, short, multiple presses). Is the board bad?

Hi Steve,
If you can confirm you have 24V to the board (and the polarity is correct) and nothing works, contact customer support and advise them of the situation. Hopefully they will supply a replacement unit to you.
