I ordered Up2Stream HD DAC - Airplay 2 High-Res Wireless Aptx HD Audio Streaming Board on 13 december last 2022.
I received the board on 3 January 2023.
At start it asked for a firmware upgrade it completed and after that.
-only the coacial digital out works
-no bluetooth
-no line in
-no line out
when I measure voltages on the board I found out a part of the board is unpowered
It gives no response on http://device_ip/httpapi.asp?command=getStatusEx
the rest of my arylic devices respond nicely
I agreed a replacement for the HD DAC on 9 January, and still I don’t have an instruction how to proceed.
I need a new board ASAP.
