Spotify connect no longer requires premium account. Can you change the requirement to allow playback on UP2Stream for select of S10 as playback device? I can play using my laptop with phone as remote no problem.

@azsoccerpop @zpl1025 I have noticed that UP2Stream devices (mini, pro & amp) do not support Spotify Free however my S50+Pro does. Don’t have an S10 to test but it seems to me that there is something different on that side of things between S Series and UP2Stream.
We actually sent the S50PRO to Spotify for certification indeed. I’m not sure if this is the reason. Will check it later.

I think you misunderstood the query. Ofcourse, we can download & transfer them to pc using spotify premium, but we are talking about playing them wirelessly on another device while controlling & streaming with another device, remotely.

I’ve narrowed the issue down to my account. I created a new free account and was able to successfully play any song, including the exact same playlist I tried on my spotify Premium account, for testing purposes.
You can use Spotify Connect to control your music on various devices, follow this step
1 open your Spotify app on your phone, tablet, or computer.
2 start playing a song or playlist.
3 select your device icon at the bottom, of the screen and choose the device you want to play music on
4 Ensure that your devices are on the same Wi-Fi network for a seamless connection
