Hello

I have a new S50 pro+

The device is working OK via wifi and updated to last firmware, but I want to connect it via Ethernet, I have connected the cable but it keeps using wifi, what should be the process to make it use Ethernet instead of wifi?

Normally, when ethernet connected, the WIFI should be turned off. If you want to make sure, can try to do reset factory in APP, and then don’t set up wifi.
