Hello everybody,
my company just bought a Rakoso HA400 in order to install it on a multiroom environment. In order to integrate it on our Crestron automation I developed a custom module to “speak” with it using UART/ethernet passthrough.
I can control the unit but I have an issue with volume control. The command is received well and after sending a query to ask new volume level the answer is correct. Also the 4stream app reacts with the new volume level. The problem is that the machine doens’t change phisically the volume. I have a correct feedback but no “true” changes.
Have anybody tried to command it through this method?
