my new lp 100 arrived but i cant see it on go control app. It seems a similar issue as i red here on the forum with bp50 and i tried every solution you proposed but nothing worked. It connect with my home network but never come on line. any suggestion?

Uninstall go app then reinstall, turn on open go app then start bith Bluetooth and location go back to Bluetooth setting and check it if shows up. The problem I’m having is it will show connected and work fine for a short time but when I return to make adjustments the go app is still running but shows no connection , the Bluetooth shows it’s connected and the go app will show no devices connected. It just won’t reconnect without installing and reinstalling most times that will immediately connect for a while. It’s very random with its connection and loss of connection. I can’t figure it out and rarely ever use the go app unless I have to change settings and I expect it to not work. Most times it works great for the first few minutes but drops the connection even when I have my settings to never stop any connections in WiFi and Bluetooth is limited to just 1 device connected at a time.
That’s why I’m here right now to complain about my loss of go app constantly and unable to reconnect it. I finally have given up on Arylic, shopping for a new pre that is not a tiny device and preferably made in USA. And has a screen display.
