Hello I’ve connected my 2.1 amp to workshop and my PC has properly connected to the amp but I’m not getting any equaliser settings in effect list 0. Does anyone know why this might be, I’ve emailed arylic twice but there has been no successful help, I’ve been given a link to update the firmware which did not fix. I have attached a picture of the blank effect tab to show you what I mean. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
