Anyone else having issues getting the LP10 to pair with Bluetooth? It worked for me before but I got a new phone and it’s not showing up in the list of devices when I try to add it. I even tried removing it from my old phone, but that didn’t help and it also now won’t show up on my old phone when I try to re-pair it there.
I doubt this will get an answer, since Arylic ignored my emailed tech support question and forum post about a previous issue. So if anyone reading this is thinking about buying an Arylic device, don’t waste your money. This thing is buggy and poorly supported.
Well, got it paired. All I had to do was a full factory reset. Seems absurd to me to have to do a factory reset just to use Bluetooth, but what do I know? Maybe the expert designers at Arylic can speak up and explain why this “feature” was implemented
Hi, I bought an LP10 (in New Zealand) and for some reason I cannot get the Go Control App to take control and tell the LP10 to switch to my main Wifi (Orbi Mesh Router does the Wifi). I can see the LP10 on my phone on its own Wifi and I can see and pair to the LP10 Bluetooth, but the app jjust sits there and spins. I can play music via Google Music via bluetooth but i want the Wifi part to work!! Thats the main reason I got iot. I have been asked to download new software from the PYGER site, but the new versions of the App v2.1 says its downloading but won’t install. I run latest Android, have tried various phones, 2 wifi networks etc. all the same… The App doesnt go. The Pyger site is full of popups and Ads and is a pain to navigate? Is it safe? Anyway, Im not having much luck. Will update if I ever get it working.
