The day before yesterday I got my S10 streamer. It was very difficult to config it. But yesterday evening I had luck and I got a connection with the Wifi. Its working. I thought to play with the bluetooth, but that is NOT working. If I move from Net to BT with the remote and I play a song…it change back to the NET and give me sound from there. I tried to pair as you said in the manual, its not working, I do something wrong? Please your help and or advice, maybe tell me how to config the bluetooth…
Try using the app to enable bluetooth input and check if still switch back to wifi
