Hello I am using up2stream mini and developing my own app for personal projects, so far I have connected to the arylic device via wifi but I am unable to obtain an IP via code , the only IP I get is something like 10.10.10.127 and here http doesn’t work, http requests only works when I use a 10.10.10.256 for the same device.( I obtained this IP when I connected my PC with arylic device and looked for network info and obtained it under the tag DNS server)
can you use the 4Stream app to connect and go to the device info directly to get the IP?
Yes I can but I want to build my own app
I see, you need the API call to get the device IP like the 4Stream app does.
does this document apply?
Yes I am using this docs, but couldn’t obtain an IP via code. Without that I could hit http request to hit
Hi,
I log in to my router and look at connected devices. I see my Arylic A30 is shown as “SoundSystem_CEFA”. But hopefully, you can find your device doing this.
You should look for the UPNP discovery.
Thankyou I was able to achieve the desired functionality. Can I please trouble you with one more question, currently the multiroom feature allows me to establish master and slave connections and play one track simultaneously. Is there a way I can play 2 different tracks completely in sync with each other?
I don’t understand well… if you set up the multiroom mode, the group will work as one speaker. Why you expect it to play 2 different tracks in the same time?
Or if you mean you control each devices separately, I think you just dismiss the group and set the playback for each.
okay, I wanted to create an environment by superimposing two tracks but am worried about the synchronization issues.
