Fixing 2.1 circuit board issue: loss of audio on RL channels

I have a 2.1 circuit board. Currently, I’m facing an issue: when I turn the volume up to the maximum, the RL audio channels become unstable — sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. However, when I lower the volume by 20%, the problem disappears. Has anyone experienced this issue before, and could you suggest a solution for me?

Have you been able to determine the cause of this issue?

Recently my Up2Stream Amp 2.1 suddenly stopped playing anything other than very high frequencies. I had to turn OFF and disconnect the power supply before it work correctly again.

It has done this 2 or 3 times, but months apart. I fear something is failing and my warranty is almost expired.

This kind of behavior usually points to a power or amplifier limitation. When volume is pushed to maximum, the RL channels may be clipping or losing stability due to insufficient current or overheating components.
