I have an upstream mini pro and was wondering if it would be possible to wire my own optical input jack? I see some components on the spdif input board in the picture. any schematic? or top secret?
I used just two components for my HD board:
-Toslink module from Chineese ali** (attached datasheet)
-100nF capacitor between Vcc and GND (near module).
3 wires directly to connector on the board.
Works fine, I think same will be for other Arylic boards.
More components are needed only for coax input.
so I connect to the spdif pin and vcc and ground?
