Hi all

Im not sure if this is the correct place for this but I would like to put a shout out for the amazing customer service I have received from Arylic. I purchase an A50+ amp just under a year ago, and for some reason a couple of weeks ago it refused to turn on. I decided to contact Arylic and see if they had any suggestions and I had the pleasure of dealing with Coco who I must say has been amazing. After diagnosing the issue and realising it wasn’t user error they told me I could return it under warranty. Coco talked me through the process that was simple and pain free. Today I received the tracking number for my replacement unit everything sorted within ten days!! These guys don’t just have amazing products but they back it up with great customer service. Keep up the good work
