Hi Victor, How do I contact tech support to get an RMA# and a shipping label for a within 30-day return. Impossible to get them to respond to an email or a chat message. Al
All of these things listed as fixes were working fine on the previous versions but now I canāt stop my BP50 from automatically switching to another source when I turn off my tv! I just finally figured out how to stop it in the previous version and now it doesnāt work at all!
Why is this set to be the default position as to auto switch in the first place? Seems like a very bad idea right from the start, i ve never heard anyone asking for that feature ever and wonder what made someone consider it and put it as the default setting?
Iāll bet if it wasnāt even included nobody would miss it or even ask about it except for that king you for deleting it completely.
I actually removed the BP50 from my system due to that issue and after a few weeks I reinstalled it and now I cant get my phone to connect through Bluetooth no matter what I try. It will connect to the go app, but only if itās the first time I try to connect if the app loses focus itās unable to reconnect at all, this is very snnoying. Iāve tried to force stop the app and it still wonāt reconnect. Iām not going to keep uninstalling the app constantly just to get it to connect, it has such a limited use in the first place I canāt see even using it for anything but setting the eq .
I noticed when I did get the go app to connect it did show the songs on the USB jump drive but thatās all it does. I canāt actually play anything using the app. Before it would t show anything, I have t checked to see if it can see inside folders, previously it would not read anything in folders. I had to go through all music and remove all folders which took forever to transfer to my ultra slow USB stick.
I noticed now that most times it will start playing from the USB ut after a few songs it will just stop and requires me to send to the USB again for it to continue. It makes no sense that itās automatically switching away from the USB on its own but it does.
Iāve never encountered such buggy software in my life, things donāt even make sense , plus struggling to connect to it is ridiculous when Arylic is marketing their stuff as Bluetooth controlled systems that are supposed to control a batch of devices and I canāt even get it to work properly just to play a song from any device.
Why was the new firmware available when it doesnāt even work correctly it has more issues than the previous version?
After closer inspection I saw the BP50 actually turns off randomly after switch from HDMI to playing USB typically after playing for 15 minutes. Iām thinking that the new firmware is delaying turning off the device once the HDMI is no longer in focus. This may be what the HDMI switch in settings is doing now. It was working fine for the 2 weeks before I updateis.
Is there a way to flash it back to the old firmware? I may have saved a copy of it but in case I canāt find it is there a copy available to download?
