I just got my B50 and hooked it up to my TV (TCL Roku TV) via HDMI ARC. The sound is great! However, I found the volume step set to +/- 6 when controlling the volume using the TV’s remote. I guess it means B50 advertises its available volume steps as ~16 steps. I prefer a bit more fine-tuned volume step. Could you add an option to change this setting (e.g. 16, 32, 64, etc) upon the next firmware update?

I did realize though that my iPhone and iPad also do 16 volume steps in total. So maybe 16 is a decent number. I still want 32 or 64 steps maybe…
Check the settings in the APPControl and set the Volume Step to youre liking.
My B50 seems to ignore the step setting in app. I was on v60 firmware and TV remote changed volume by 3 each time. Now I’ve downgraded to V57 to resolve some issues, volume now changes by 6 each time.
You might also want to submit this suggestion directly to the support team; sometimes they actually pick up feature requests from users for the next update. Fingers crossed they roll something like this out soon.

I’ve been trying to find a solution for this same issue. Cec control steps the volume either 6 or 12 notches rather than what the setting in the Arylic app is configured to. The b50’s own remote follows the setting, cec increment seems agnostic. Both the Roku remote and the tv remote behave with the 6/12 step.
