B50 volume is too low

hi everyone and official support in especially.
My B50 is too quiet. My Hisense TV screams more.
Quiet sound is present regardless of whether the source is supplied to the amplifier, analog or digital. I use TV by HDMI, XBox by Optical, Laptop and IPhone by Bluetooth, Vinyl by Phono. If I set the volume on the TV to level 10, then when I turn on HDMI ARC, I need to set the level on the amplifier to 86. Only then do I get an equivalent SPL level.
But I have made measure output voltage. There is resultats.
R loudspeakers = 6,3 ohm
Line input
Sine signal 1000 Hz
U p.sup = 24V

Test 1
Uin = 0,97 V
Uout = 10,5V
Calculated power = 17,5 W
Without clipping

Test 2
Uin = 0,34V (standart level for customer equipment; -10dBV)
Uout = 4,0V
Calculated power = 2,5 W

Where is promised 50W? Maybe if I will connect 2Vrms how show in specification? But where can I acquire that source? These are rhetorical questions.
But here’s the question to the point: what needs to be done to correct the situation and get the declared capacity?

Hi Serglon,

The B50 is designed to have 50W with 4Ohm load and full input (eg: 0dB 1KHz sine). And for LINE-IN mode, I remembered the input sensitivity would be 2Vrms as 0dB. Hope this answered your question.

Yes. I got the answer to my question, thank you. But it is not clear why Arylic uses levels that are completely different from those used around the world?
Professional equipment uses 0dB = 0.775V, consumer equipment uses 0dB = 1V. This means that I will never get from the B50 declared output power. Sad.

Hi guys, I have 3 problems

  1. Is the volume problem, it does not change untill 90% and then it accelerates super fast.

  2. Hdmi volume starts low and then clips after a few seconds and increases volume unexpectedly.

  3. Hdmi does NOT send audio if I turn my TV OFF and ON (LG 47LM620S). The TV shows it as connected to B50 because I don’t get any Audio from TV either. I need to change the source back and forward to get audio. It does go to Standby mode, it just does not wake up properly.

Software version is :60-9d68b705-9

The B50 amplifier power is a joke, a pocket transitor radio has more power. It was designed to drive 4 Ohm speakers and if you connect anything higher, forger about the volume.
Save your money and buy a D Class Amplifier from a reputable brand.
