I just got a B50 and set it up via ARC on my TV. The ARC functionality works really well after updating to the latest firmware. However, one problem I have encountered is that if I use the amplifier on any input other than ARC, put it in standby and then turn on the TV, the amplifier does not turn on.
Is this expected behaviour? And if so, is there any way to change this? Or is this something that could be added in a future firmware update?
Also, I think it would be nice if the unit would wake up automatically when I select it in my phone to connect to it via Bluetooth. Basically leave the Bluetooth receiver on and switch the amplifier on when the connection is made. I don’t know if this is a feature that could be added via a firmware update, as it seems that the Bluetooth module is switched off when another input is connected.
Perhaps someone has experience with other Arylic products and can tell me if this is possible?
