Its long time since i wanted to share my little and very cheap set up for my combo.
My thoughts was if it was possible to create an entry lever audiophile set up and combine surround sound.
And i think i made it so far.
My componets.
1.Himedia q10 pro media player
2.Arylic b50 connected to sony ss mb100h fronts.
3.Hama rs100 wireless surround kit.
Himedia is sending raw signal to hama via optical .
Hama via optical connected to arylic b50 as fronts.
Replaced the small satelitte speakers of the hama with some bookself Mach M2 speakers, placed 4 meters away from me and hidden almost at ear level.
Using kodi on himedia and set everything to ac3 transcoding.
The fun part is arylic b50 has a built in dsp.
Using mv3d on arylic the soundstage is incredible.
The seperarion and the overhead effect is amazing.
Hama as dolby audio certified handles surround great.
The mix reaches such a level that many times u dont know where sound is coming from.
Its also a very flexible system.
U can use it just for music, just as 2.0,
For easy listening 2.1 for night movies or full surround 4.1.
My tv a samsung q60ca 55.
Forgot to mention small virosub subwoofer
