I have Pro V3 configured in ACP workbench and everything worked fine until I noticed that my boombox suddenly lost bass. Connected to ACP workbench it showed that MainEQ was disabled. Since then it stays disabled whatever I do. When I enable it in ACP it gets disabled whenever I power cycle ProV3.
Please help.
Hi,
Any idea how to get Arylic to answer product questions??? Support never answers …
I want to set the GPIOs high if music playing, and low when not. Have purchased ACP workbench, but can not store (flash) the settings on the board. Have asked support, but looks they are only interested in selling …
Any idea?
Thx,
Tibor
ps: sorry for linking to this post as I could not find out either how to write a new post on this forum …
Hi Tibor,
Did you try out the PIN configurations in the end of Audio Effect page? I think you could select the OUT CTRL for this function.
Hi Frank,
Yes, this was the solution. Finally I got a reply from Joy, who did not answer my questions directly, but have sent a video showing how the workbench works?
There was a 1 sec section on the pin to ctrl and I have tried it, so it works.
Still it is a mystery what does the GPIO setting do on the first page (it keeps does not get saved in flash), but yes I have set gpio to ctrl on the second page and it does the job! A bit of optocoupler IFC and I have my amp on!
As I wrote to Joy finally: this is when the docs is written by the engineer/programmer doing the development. All is obvious for him/her, therefore the docs is useless for anyone seeing it the first time (i.e. the Gpio setting set’s the gpio functions -how, why??? Nothing-
User docs must be written, but at least proof read by boyfriend/ girlfriend/ mother/ banker/ doctor next door. If they understand, than it will be ok for wide audience!
Thx for helping,
Tibor
