ACP workbench activation error

Hello,

I’m trying to activate my copy of Acpworkbench (to change SPDIF from out to in on my Up2stream Pro so I can attach a SPDIF in expansion board).

I’ve installed the software but on launch and activation I receive an error as attached. The key hasn’t been used anywhere else and is direct from Arylic.

Any ideas on why and how to solve?

I am having the same issue

Arylic updated me. They had a server issue but it’s up and running again now.

Mine activated today. Hopefully yours will work too now @Rahsaan_Cole
