I’ve 7 zones supported by Up2Stream V2.1 amps which were configured with 4STREAM app on iOS environment. I had been streaming music of my liking to the whole home i.e. 7 zones.

Couple of days ago, I observed one Up2Stream amp was not visible in the 4STREAM configuration. Last night I lost another 3 Up2Stream amps from the configuration. We were trying to stream music via Airplay on some amps which worked but later we lost them in the 4STREAM app configuration.

Not only it is puzzling on amp disappearance from the 4STREAM app configuration but also how to get them back into configuration.

Appreciate any suggestion or tips/tricks.

Can you ping them on network? Are they all running same firmware? You’ll have to issue command status on those not showing up to read their firmware version.
