Hello!

I still haven’t got any update for my Up2Stream Amp V4. Could you please tell me whether I could get this update for that one as well?
And also do not see the improvements in the 4Stream android app. Is that one updated as well?

Hi, app is still not released, but we’ll push the ota soon and you could access the EQ settings in web management page.

Android software has been updated, and the “Deep Bass” button as promised did not add !

Many customers seem to expect this deep bass feature in the App to avoid buying a remote control just for that. It’s not a major code change in the App. Can you plan it?

You are wrong about using the remote control. The remote control is convenient only if a person is with a device in one room. I have a remote control panel and I have three more UP2Stream Pro V3 devices in different rooms, which are more convenient to control from the phone, and not run with a remote control for rooms for rooms. I hope you do what you promised six months ago.
